"I had done plenty of research before trying to purchase a new Nissan Maxima; I wanted the car in a specific color with specific technology and sports package. I had talked to a several Nissan dealerships in the Houston area and nobody wanted to give me what I wanted. All of them were trying to get an edge on me, like I didn't know what I was doing. I couldn't believe it. I felt frustrated; since it seemed that nobody really cared anymore about listening to a customer until I dropped by Mossy Nissan. In my first visit I could not believe that they were been nice, a sales guy trying to be honest an kind of nice, but they didn't have the car that I wanted in the lot, so I left, I came back a couple of weeks later and ask them if they could get me the car that I wanted. The sales rep Bobby was very straight forward in their pricing and how they will get the car that I wanted. I received my car the way I asked and at the expected price. The one thing I felt they can provide is added value, like free maintenance for the first 2 years. I understand this is not a BMW but even Volvo offers it as an incentive to purchase their new cars." - Nikko
